Location: The meet will be held at the Lancaster County Convention
Center in the heart of historic Lancaster. The convention center is
50,000 square feet and is located in conjunction with the Lancaster
Marriott at Penn Square. The facility is enormous and the convention
center provides a state of the art competition site!
Equipment: The equipment is provided by Mancino Manufacturing in
Philadelphia, PA. There will be two full sets of Modified Capitol Cup
equipment, including AAI Bars and mats, Janssen Fritsen Beam and
Vault, Palmer Spring Floor and Tumbling Strip. Each gym will be
separated by Eight foot curtains and an electronic scoring system for
easy viewing.
Viewing: The convention center is so enormous that seating will be
arranged around two or three sides of each venue for families to get the
best seats to watch their precious athletes perform.

Scoring: The competition scoring system will be scoremaster, utilizing
electronic score systems.
Host Hotel: Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square is a Four Star Hotel
with 150 elegant rooms, a huge indoor pool with jacuzzi, two
restaurants, fitness center, and centrally located in Historic Lancaster.
Ample off street parking is available throught the hotel or Convention
Center.
Awards: New custom medals by Crown Awards (Made in the USA!).
New All Around Trophies and Team Trophies this year! All athletes will
receive an all around medal. Individual awards will be given to 50% of
entries. Awards are based on the age of the athlete at the date of the
meet.
Gifts for Coaches and Athletes: Athletes will receive gift bags with a
certificate for a T-shirt from Midwest Designs. Coaches will receive a
free gift and will have a coaches party on Saturday night in the Hotel
restaurant.
